Business Development

Project Management
JIT team members have project managed deployments of complex, multi-site, mobile technology projects to Japanese and other mobile operators. Engaged from the sales phase, PM services include Stakeholder management, Cost Assessment, Quotation preparation, risk analysis, Project Delivery Plans, Project execution and close report generation.
Functional Analysis & Solution Architecture
JIT works with customer service designers from early in the sales phase, defining customer requirements, while architecting the technical solution with client system architects, reaching signoff on contracted specifications. Analysis of technology & requirement capture. Team experience is in IT, particularly Mobile Technologies and Financial Payments systems
Solution Delivery
JIT provides technical resources for project implementation in Japan. Services include System & Acceptance Test Plan creation & execution. Performance Testing planning & Execution. On site support, problem analysis and application installation/upgrades.
System Support
In conjunction with client`s support processes, the JIT team can provide 24X7 bilingual support, both remote and on-site for commercially deployed, mission critical systems. In addition to demonstrated problem solving capabilities, team resources also include source code analysis, code fix and scripting services for client companies.
